Micro-processor controlled charger for NiCd/NiMH battery packs.
Automatically detects the number of cells to be charged and uses 800mAh to charge 4 to 10 cell-packs (4.8V to 12V). Very efficient because of switch mode technology. The electronics makes the voltage conversion of the AC voltage to the DC output voltage (not a transformer). This saves energy and costs.
